Itinerary

Day 1 · Afternoon and night

  1. 13:30–14:30

    Hotel pickup in a private car

  2. 15:30

    Arrive at the trailhead and start the hike

  3. 17:00

    Reach the summit. Your guide and porter set up camp

  4. 17:45

    Walk to the west side for sunset, with coffee or tea

  5. 18:15

    Back at camp. Campfire is lit and dinner is cooked

  6. 19:30

    Dinner: soup, main course, dessert, water and hot drinks

  7. 20:30

    Free time under the stars

Day 2 · Sunrise and descent

  1. 05:00

    Wake up in your tent

  2. 06:00

    Sunrise over the caldera, with breakfast at camp

  3. 07:00

    Walk down the same trail, or around the crater if you feel fit

  4. 09:00

    Back at the car park

  5. 09:15

    Package A only: soak at Batur Natural Hot Springs

  6. 11:30

    Drop-off at your hotel (around 09:30 for package B)
