Quick answers before you pick a date.
Do I need hiking experience?
No. Every tour is private, so the guide follows your pace. First-time hikers are welcome, and families who would rather not walk can take the jeep tour.
What time will you pick me up?
For the sunrise trek, Kintamani pickups are at 03:00, Ubud at 02:30 and the south coast from 01:30. Each tour page lists its own pickup times.
Can I change my date?
Yes. Rescheduling is free if you tell us at least 24 hours before the tour starts.
What if the weather is bad?
If bad weather cancels the tour before it starts, you can cancel for free with a full refund.
Do you take large groups?
Yes. For groups of more than 6, message us directly and we'll plan the trip with you.
